A short video on the Economy tier costs fewer credits than the same video on the Premium or Ultra tier, because those tiers use stronger models at every stage.

Every new workspace gets a 7 day trial with 150 credits, enough to produce several real Shorts before you decide. A card is required to start the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from the billing page at any time before then.

Yearly billing charges 10 months of the monthly price up front and covers 12 months of service, so it is 2 months free compared to paying monthly. Monthly credits, limits and features are identical either way.

Unused monthly credits roll over for one additional month before they expire, so a slow month does not erase them right away. Top up credits you buy separately last 12 months from purchase.

Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan from the billing page at any time, and canceling keeps your account active until the end of the period you already paid for, so nothing is cut off mid-month.

At launch, Vyral produces short vertical videos sized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, and you download the file and post it yourself. Publishing and scheduling from inside Vyral, long-form video and additional platforms are on the roadmap after launch.
