Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Vyral. By creating a workspace, you agree to them.

Your account: you are responsible for the workspace you create and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. A workspace may have more than one member, and the owner is responsible for who they invite.

Billing and credits: plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD as shown on the pricing page. Each plan includes a monthly credit balance; unused credits roll over for one additional month. A 7 day trial with 150 credits is available before the first charge.

Acceptable use: you may not use Vyral to produce video that is illegal, that impersonates a real person without consent, or that makes a medical or financial claim you cannot support. Vyral may suspend an account that breaks this rule.

Ending the agreement: you may cancel at any time from the billing page; your account stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Vyral may end the agreement for a breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

This is a short, honest placeholder while Vyral is in early access. A complete legal version will replace it before general availability.
