Privacy policy

This policy describes what Vyral collects to produce and publish your videos, and how that information is handled.

What is collected: your account email, the project briefs and scripts you write or approve, the media Vyral generates, and the social accounts you connect for publishing. Billing details are handled by Vyral's payment provider, not stored on Vyral's own servers.

How it is used: solely to produce, store and publish the videos your workspace requests, to bill your plan, and to improve the ideas Vyral suggests for your own workspace. Your content is never used to train a shared model for other workspaces without your explicit consent.

Who can see it: only members of your workspace, plus the platform's own staff when needed for support, under the same audit logging used for admin actions.

Your choices: you can request a copy of your workspace's data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting support. Deleting a workspace removes its videos and connected accounts.

This is a short, honest placeholder while Vyral is in early access. A complete privacy version will replace it before general availability.
